I hope you come back and tell us about the pelvic therapy.

I had a few sessions of that a while back, and it helps me with some of my issues.

My therapy was more female type pelvic therapy, and that was quite interesting. I had no problem with that, but the therapies was a female. I can't image having a male therapist for THAT therapy.

Good morning!! JB that is the perfect meme for my morning. I finished my workout and walked into the change room all proud of myself for getting through it. Then I showered and went to dry my hair and boom, There's the arm fat waving in the breeze. lol

QOTD: No, pretty sure I couldn't name my kid after someone I didn't like - it would remind me of that person all the time. I give credit to those who can!!

Here's my eats for the day:

B: 85 grams of Skyr plain yogurt with sugar free peach syrup and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

S: Tea latte: 1 cup of sugar free almond milk with a decaf chai tea bag and sugar free cinnamon vanilla syrup

L: 3 ounces of crack chicken

S: 2 wedges of light laughing cow cheese

D: 3 ounces of sugar free teriyaki chicken and 2 tablespoons of cauliflower rice.

Morning everyone. It's rainy and cold in LA which is a rare occurrence. So that means it took me 90 minutes to drive the 12 miles from my house to my office and walk from the parking garage to my building. Grrrr. We're counting down to my last days on liquids. I told my surgeon I was making an executive decision and coming off early because I refuse to not eat at our holiday party and we discussed that I should wean a few days earlier than that so solid food doesn't make me sick. So today, I have cream cheese with smoked salmon pieces and I'll eat my soup unblended.

QOTD: No. on the one hand you could do it to take back the name and the power it hold over you, but I'm a very visual person and I just know the person's face would flash before my eyes every time I called my child. So no.

My plan:

B: cream cheese with smoked salmon bites (a few spoonfuls. Not the best measurements, but oh well)

L: lentil soup unblended!

D: no idea. I'll have to see how food goes. There's always more soup

S: homemade latte with equal gingerbread cookie sweetener; blended overnight oats with toasted marshmallow greek yogurt and a half scoop of chocolate protein powder

Good afternoon.

i have a sneaking feeling that I may have a bit of the norovirus. I've been exposed to it and I'm currently feeling hunched over from stomach pain and feeling like I need to throw up but can't. Felt "ok" this morning for the most part and lunch made me feel sooooo horrible. The pouch and intestines are currently playing a symphony.

breakfast was an egg and 1/2 oz turkey jerky

l: was chicken breast with about 1/4 cup of broccoli steamed. The chicken breast was most likely 1 oz.

i'm also totally freaking cold.

qotd: I have a few people in my life...we'll formally in my life, ha...that the thought of make me nauseous...never would I name even my pets that cursed names.
