What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?

Goooood morning! I finally got my snow day! ...well actually, I just "took" it, because even though the schools are closed, our offices are open, but I decided not to go. It just seems so silly to pay $25 to trudge through a storm, take trains and buses for 5+ hours, and do nothing. Starting next Wednesday my work is going to ramp up to level: insane for about 5 straight months, but until then, I'm twiddling my thumbs. Anyway, I am excited for another day in PJs today :)
Hey, who has done the Decade Photo game on social media? Let's do it on Photo Friday this week! Post a pic of yourself in 2009 and another one of yourself today (in 2019). Gather up your photos!
Accountability: all good until an unexpected popcorn incident in the evening...
QOTD: Do you wrap presents or throw them in bags with tissue paper? I am a bagger! I appreciate people who wrap gifts, but I barely do it unless it's too big to get into a bag.
**Edit! I had to restart the computer but I finally got MFP to work again!

i haven't done the 10 year challenge yet but it'll be fun to do here.

hi all- scale back down today yay. now just to stay on course and lose a few pounds. would like to lose initially about 15 pounds and see what that looks like.
QOTD: I LOVE wrapping gifts and would do that as a job. I learned to wrap the 'rich's' way, a department store which became macy's. it was very specific on corners tape etc.
having my second cup of coffee now then need to eat.
no formal workout today but probably need to go for stress relief. I think I forgot my swimsuit though. would love to just veg out in the hot tub and stretch a lot. that sounds heavenly.
food today:
IP chicken and green beans/zuchinni
beans zuchinni with tuna packet
more beans zuchinni/ if I can handle it. I really need other veggies I'm all out.

My BFF was a mall gift wrapper in the 80s and she wraps like a professional, too! Sometimes I bribe her to come over and wrap for me :)

I once worked as a gift wrapper in a department store, too. I love wrapping unless I leave everything to the last minute, then the sheer volume turns it into a chore. But as long as I stay on top of it all, it works. Overall in life I really enjoy making everything pretty!
Good morning, everybody!
I am off to a bit of a sluggish start this morning. I slept in and will go to the 8:00 class at gym and head into the office after that. Yesterday, I worked from home because I had an ophthalmologist appointment in the middle of the day. That should be my last doctors appointment for the year. Also, my ophthalmologist is retiring, so I wasn't able to make my 2020 appointment yet.
I signed up to run a road race on Saturday. After that I am going into hibernation. No more outdoor sports or exercise until Spring. But everybody that runs the race gets antlers. I couldn't turn that down.
QOTD: I wrap, but its so bad. As a child I did a lot of wrapping and thought I was good at it. Uh, no. Sometimes, I look at the presents and wonder if I even have opposable thumbs.
Breakfast: turkey meatballs and cottage cheese
Snack: light and fit
lunch: steak
Snack: nuts
Dinner: bratwurst
Have a great day, all!
