What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

Hello my RnY kindred! Happy Thanksgiving Eve!
i am going to the home of one of my DIL's sister's partner's mother's house. Say that ten times fast! Busy day today - I am prepping the charcuterie tray (or trays) that I am bringing tomorrow, and baking (a jalapeno cornbread little loaf, and glazed orange-cranberry mini-muffins). I'm just cutting the cheeses and meats up and tightly wrapping them, as the fridge isn't big enough for my trays. Tomorrow early I'll assemble everything. I still have to run out to try to find a few missing items (OJ for the muffin glaze, Membrillo (the awfully hard to find Spanish quince jelly to pair with the manchego cheese), etc.), Also, persimmons if I can find any that are ripe. I should have bought these a week ago to ensure this, but didn't think of it. If I can't find them it's fine, there is an overwhelming amount of food as is, I just like persimmons, their color is so lovely, and there's something magical about seeing them on late fall and winter trees.
I am finding myself so not hungry these days - yesterday my calories were right around 600, yet I felt ultra stuffed. My protein was still high enough. And today I am down another pound, which is good. Tomorrow I will eat turkey, veggies, nuts, and cheese. Maybe a little fruit (a relative rarity for me). Definitely no stuffing, a very small portion of gravy, no potatoes or sweet potatoes, no rolls and no pie! Although I will really enjoy the fragrance of all of the desserts! Nuts and cheeses are definitely my kryptonite, but even so, I will allow myself to have some. I will need to be very discriminating about portions, though, and keep in mind how densely caloric they are. Anyway, I hope Friday's scale won't react, but if it does, I'll go right back to being cheese-and-nut-free, at least until I hit 125 or so again - hopefully sometime in December's first week).
First: I started with 8 cups of tea! Early and late drinking works for me, other than the obvious drawback. But I get so busy during the day that if I didn't drink this way I'd easily end up dehydrated.
B: one hard-boiled egg, one tuna packet, and a small bit of Skinny Girl Buttermilk Ranch salad dressing.
L: Turkey breast. I know it's strange to eat this today, considering tomorrow's feast!
D: I'm honestly not sure yet, but whatever it is will be high protein, low carb, and low cal.
Wishing every one of you, and all of your loved ones, a warm, peaceful, and very Happy Thanksgiving!
