What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
My friend was always going from Ohio to Canada to see her grandparents. She ended up dating one of the border guards and married him. They moved to Canada. After ten years, they moved to Arizona. She could not take the cold anymore. When he complains about the heat, she tells him to go sit in the swimming pool.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
Good morning JB and Menuers,
Love the glasses JB and what a beautiful view of your walk . Thanks for sharing. Some of us have to pay to see a beach so it's nice to see how the fortunate live.
QOTD: Well a dear friend decided he was bringing thanksgiving dinner to my home around 3 tomorrow. I am expecting 7-10 but won't know till the day is over. I made a Pumpkin cheesecake and I will be making A caramel apple pie tomorrow so it is fresh and warm. I'll put it in the oven when we sit down to dinner. The dinner the friend is brining does on have Yams so I also will make some candied yams to complete the dinner. My morning plans are to drink coffee and watch the parade. Weather permitting I may take a walk around the neighborhood or do the treadmill to offset the extra calories in case they happen.
Accountability. Great

Yeah, I could never live more than an hour from the ocean. It's my favorite place in the world--even on a cold and windy day!
How are the blueberry chaffles? I haven't tried adding anything except for spices to them...

Yeah I love the blueberry chaffles it's 1 cup mozzarella 2 eggs 2 Tbls almond flour 1 tsp baking powder 2 tsp swerve 1 tsp cinnamon and 3 tbls blueberry I spray the iron for every Chaffee cause the blueberry can stick. I use sf syrup but don't need any with the blueberry.

Good morning y'all!
First of all, JB that picture is beautiful. You look serene, and just flat out lovely. LOVE IT!
QOTD - Thanksgiving! It's just husband, dogs and myself at home. He will be making his own cajun turkey, and I ordered a plant based meal to share (with all the sides) from a local vegan restaurant. We did our official big dinner this past Sunday with his kiddos. I'm all cooked out! I will be going to see my girls at their homes, and visit, but ultimately I plan on trying to spend as much time as possible home and just resting!
Breakfast - Not sure. Possibly some cranberry protein oatmeal with almond milk
Snack - Tangerine, rice cake with peanut butter
Lunch - Veggie sandwich, on wheat bread with mustard.
Snack - Vega chcocolate protein shake (vegan)
Dinner - Not sure, but...Schlotskys sounds reaaaally good!
Have a wonderful day y'all!
Christina
