What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
I had many complications early on so I don't think my pouch would have handled it There are only 4 ingredients can you do chicken, cream cheese, dry ranch, bacon? If you can do them separate I see no reason you couldn't do them together.

Good Morning all,
I am having a rough start to my Tuesday. I locked myself out of the house, the spare key that is hidden is for the front door, and we got a new screen door and locked it and never hid the key for that door. So I was out of luck! Thankfully, I had my phone with me so I just took an uber to work. Dumb, dumb dumb!
QOTD-I am in the market for a fitbit. It looks like there are some good Black Friday deals and my BF is getting it for me for my birthday that was earlier this month. I am just not sure which one i want yet...I am thinking of the Versa lite (on sale at Kohls for $99 and $30 Kohls cash) or the Versa 2 (on sale at Kohls for $150 with 45 kohls cash) Does anyone have either of these? My preference is online shopping, but for some strange reason, I want to see these before I buy it. After we do that, we will driving up to Detroit (from cleveland).
B-Coffee with half and half and later Belvita Breakfast biscuit

Ex-I am going to Irish dance class tonight. So much fun! I danced competitively growing up and some of the girls that I used to dance with get together for fun and exercise (40 years later!)

Hi you guys! Happy Tuesday!
Thank you Julia for setting us off. It's very appreciated!
I shopped like crazy yesterday for Thanksgiving, including picking up some small pretty bowls for things like butters, mustard, fig jam, various small tidbits, etc. I got the bowls at Pier 1, and simply couldn't resist also collecting some incredibly beautiful sparkly items which won't be used on Thursday. I really am half magpie: shine, sparkle, and gleam nearly always irresistibly attract me! What beautiful table wear I saw there - I could easily have bought out the store! I hadn't visited a Pier 1 for a long time until I bought a couple of fabulous trays there a few weeks ago. I can tell I won't be a stranger.
I am still focused on having the scale drop a bit and happily this morning was down another 1.5 pounds. Bit by bit I'll get there! I had wanted to hit 126 by Thanksgiving, but doubt I will. I'll probably reach it sometime around the first week in December, or thereabouts. Being here helps, as does logging in MFP, and stepping on the scale every morning - no matter what - really is crucial for me. I know such frequent weighing frustrates some folks, but for me, it is just so helpful, and keeps me in reality. I need this because I have an incredibly vivid imagination, which paired with my strong inclination to live in denial, resulted in my weighing 353.6 pounds not so very long ago. Daily weighing is a lifeline for me!
QOTD: I have never shopped in stores on Black Friday, but may make some online purchases this year. I don't really need much but I do love pretty things. We will see!
First: several enormous mugs of tea, with cashew milk and SF syrup. I really, really enjoy SF syrup!
B: hard boiled egg, tuna packet, small amount of Skinny Girl Buttermilk Ranch dressing
L: TJ's nonfat plain Greek yogurt - this is my favorite yogurt. Again, I'll add in some SF syrup, and possibly some berries.
D: salmon, roasted cauliflower.
Have a beautiful Tuesday, my friends!
I am just like you - I am an everyday weigher (is that even a word?? lol). I know my weight fluctuates so I don't freak out when it does over a week but I need to have that accountability because as you said, I can easily be in denial as well. If I don't see it on the scale then I can convince myself it's not happening which also got me to over 350 lbs!!
Even as an over weight person I weighed every day. I know exactly what I weighed for every milestone day of my life. 253 on my wedding day 183 high school graduation 140 when I started this job (fen fen was great) that lasted 6 months lol
the only difference now is I post it to keep me accountable.
