Happy Thanksgiving, to you and your family Kelly. Are you running on Thanksgiving morning? We are doing a 5-K with most of the family.(2 run, 2 walk,1 vaguely uncommittal). Really want to break 30:00 before the end of the season.

Good morning JB and Menuers;
Just got into work I was at the orthopedic I am going to have him cut my tendon in my hand to relieve my trigger finger. He is going to do it on December 26th. And he told me no wine on Christmas. My diet thanks him and the reward is sedation on the 26th. Yeah for sedation.
JB Surprise days off rock. Think of me while enjoying your nice warm bed. I'll be up and at it sitting right where I am now.

You can make other dishes using this as the base I make quesadillas with low carb tortillas about once a week and also can put over lentil or chic pea pasta I try to be creative or I get bored and hangry

I was thinking like the article suggested that it would be good on cauliflower rice too. That being said, is this something I should be eating this early out or is it too high in fat? I know I'd only be able to eat a small portion but as a veteran, would you have eaten something this yummy at 5 or 6 months post op? I'm thinking it's okay because of the high protein and very low carb but I just would like your opinion.
