What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?
hi all - OH is acting crazy today.
i did ok but not 100% over the weekend. it was busy. saturday we wented a uhaul and went to go get our new couch. DH found it - its ethan allen but almost brand new. we loaded that sucker up as well as the bed, mattress and a new toilet for the house. so apparently that was my workout.
I tend to go crazy at night with food- so have to remember to keep feeding myself during day to keep that from happening as bad.
yes i weigh the food even PB on the spoon- so sad.
today's plans- work-leaving work- running to camper- packing car with stuff i need from there- driving to NEW HOUSE- hopefully the bed will be setup and thats all I care about at this moment.
food:
lots of veggies/chicken
tuna/more veggies

Morning! Where last weekend was all about relaxation - I literally did nothing - this weekend was all about productivity. I cleaned the house on Friday evening. Saturday I had to complete a test and write a paper, and also had to go to the store to buy all the stuff to bake for a bake sale and then actually bake the cookies. Yesterday, was the actual bake sale which I was volunteering for - but no one showed up! There my daughter and I stood with 5 dozen cookies and no actual bake sale. I had cooked an additional batch of cookies for us to have for holiday time, so when I went home last night I had 10 dozen cookies! I put together some plates for neighbors and containers for both Jon's office and mine to get them out of my house!
QOTD: No, I don't weigh or measure anything anymore. It's working for me so far and I'll reassess if need be. But, I'm at 14 months at the same weight and I can't even remember the last time I ate too much.
My Food:
- Coffee w/ Cream x2
- English Muffin, Egg, Cheese, Turkey Sausage
- TBD, Aurora is at work with me today so we'll go out somewhere
- Meat & Veggie
- Snacks: Power Crunch Bar, Apple w/ PB
I have 4 miles to run either today or tomorrow. I can't run on lunch break today since Aurora is with me so I'll either go tonight in the dark or choose to run tomorrow on my lunch break.

Good morning and happy Monday!
qotd - I do when I'm at home/prepping food to take with me. With my travel schedule it can get tricky so I try to stick to pre packaged when I can but it's tough. I do have a good scale here at my sisters so use that here too.
i don't always go back and update my logging when I have variation though, hence my thoughts about changing up how I report my accountability.
menu
coffee and half and half X 2
light and fit greek
3 oz deli ham, 1 slice cheddar
small burger for dinner
have a fantastic day all

I am, drove to Missouri on Saturday. I am already feeling bad for people traveling tomorrow and Wednesday, it looks rough all across the Rockies, plains and even up into the Great Lakes!

I can't imagine doing as much travel for work as some of you do. I love traveling, but I think I would screw up really badly if I was left without routines!
BTW,, I have done my accountability, both ways--writing about my plan before or reporting after... Making a public plan for what I plan to do, and then privately logging my missteps is better for me, as long as I stay honest when I record what really happens in MFP!

Good morning everyone and Happy Monday! I over did it yesterday. I woke up yesterday morning and decided to rip the carpet out of my bedroom. The original hardwood floors from the 50's were under it. The floors are a little beat up, but I love them and they match the rest of the floors in the house. Maybe we will have them redone, but I love the character. I love the story they tell.
Accountability- I watched trash TV last night after my bath and drank a glass of wine.
QOTD- When at home, I always weigh and measure, out and about its a guesstimate.
Food for today-
1 egg, 3 oz ham
chomps in the car
shredded chicken breast with pico
Halibut with green beans
Lots of water, hot tea and vitamins always!!
