Happy Sunday all! Well the all liquid diet is out the window now. I was hoping to at least make it for 3-5 days, but only lasted for almost one full day. I don't know how in the world people do this! I felt hungry the whole time and grouchy! The only highlight from the all liquid diet was the milkshake I had for dinner which consisted of the cookies and cream premier I threw in the freezer. Anyway, after this post I'll be posting pics from my trip....finally! Lol

QOTD: I would say 70-80 percent of the time. Breakfast and lunch are normally spot on especially during the week. I stick more to plan mon-fri, but the weekends are normally a wildcard. The only thing that varies during the week is if I get hungry between meals I'll sometimes have a protein bar. Sometimes dinner varies a bit too.

B: premier shake

B2: coffee w/Splenda

L: either some turkey lunch meat and cheese or a yogurt with granola

D: leftover salmon and veggies

Ok picture time! Here are the pictures from my wonderful girls trip to the biltmore estate. I'm still kinda mad about how big I look in these pics, but I guess we are our own worst critic. These are a lot of pics, but trust me when I say these aren't even half of them! Lol

Some of the pics are a bit blurry, but the dessert pic was the cheesecake tart with the caramel rum sauce that I had to get a bite of. It was delicious! As you can see they had their own bowling alley, indoor swimming pool and gym. The picture right below the bowling alley is the inside of the 125 year old elevator that is still working!! Still has the original motor and everything! Of course they didn't tell us that until we were already inside and it was moving! Lol. And you can see the pic of the gingerbread house that's a replica of the biltmore. The pic with all the lights was the entrance to the winery. We had a blast and I'm already wanting to go back!

I used to live not too far from there, but oddly, I've never been! One of these days...

Pics are awesome and you look incredible!

I live near the Newport Mansions which are similar, and I love going when they are all decorated for Christmas. It's sooo lovely!

I found Big Train on Amazon but there are so many choices. I think this one is what I had before. It can be used hot or cold. Big Train Mocha Fit Frappe 3lb Single Bag.

The first year after my RNY I was very careful and stayed away from sweets. Unfortunately, I have not continued that practice; however, too much sugar makes me sick and keeps me awake at night so I avoid sugar in the evening. I'm doing WWs online so it's helping me to focus on healthy eating.

I think I stick to my menu 75% of the time. My worst time is evening. Hubby likes a snack and he eats whatever he wants with no weight gain. I always fix his snack but I could ask him to fix his own and he would. He's very supportive of me. I tend to taste the ice cream and have a cookie or 3. I need to prepare healthy snacks for me to have and stop tasting his snack.

Today's eats:

Egg; 45 calorie bread; bacon - 2 pcs

Click shake

Chilli

Greek yogurt; clementines

Good afternoon/evening menu friends.

my second longest friend is in the hospital and has resigned herself to dying there. I'm just done. She refuses psychiatric help for her depression as she is anti-pill in that area. She begged for a catheter so she'd have to get up less. I'm really upset but I can't let it ruin anything mentally for me too. I'm just kind of thankful that she lives in Seattle and I'm in Amarillo. I can't talk about it anywhere else except with my mom. I'm so frustrated!

anyway...

b:pp shake

s:a piece of hard candy

l:soup

s:pudding

d:boneless country style rib(2oz) 1/4 cup riced cauliflower

lots of cleaning today & yesterday and I'm in a lot of pain.

sorry to hear this - although there's only so much you can do. I was once in this situation - you feel very helpless - although again, what else can you really do??
