Morning all! I'm trying to get in to see the doctor today. The annoying cold that I have feels like it's moving into my chest and I can't deal with that. Was up all night coughing and now I'm exhausted. I hate having to miss more work, but if I don't nip this now it will probably turn into bronchitis like it normally does. I don't know why every time I get a cold it goes right to my chest.
QOTD: I am not the least bit artistic, but love pretending I am. Lol. I love to draw and color and recently bought one of those adult coloring books just for fun and I enjoy using it. It's a great stress reliever! I always wished I could paint and enjoyed watching Bob Ross growing up.
B: premier shake
B2: coffee w/Splenda
L: turkey and cheese roll up
D: salmon and Brussels sprouts
That's the plan at least for today.....although I may not end up eating half of that. Really all I want is soup.
Surgery: RNY on 1/23/19
All I can say is mucinex they do have one that is not time released that works for the chest stuff and get yourself some Sinex it lets you breath for 12 hours before having to administer another dose. Sorry your under the weather but I am sure you will feel better soon.
HW 299 SW 290 CW 139 GW 140 2/08/2019 OPERATION: Surgical Hernia with excision of total surface area of 55 x 29 cm of abdominal skin.
So I wasn't exactly on plan today. What I actually ate was as follows...
premier shake
coffee w/Splenda
l&f yogurt with granola and a banana
salmon and Brussels sprouts
another L&F yogurt
more coffee w/Splenda
This probably put me over my calorie quota for the day and I didn't work out today since I already have a difficult time breathing with this stupid cold. So tomorrow I have to do better. I think this weekend I'm going to go back to just consuming liquids. Gonna try to do this for several days and see if I can lose weight faster. I was hoping to be below 200 pounds at a year out from surgery, but that's not gonna happen if I don't speed up this weight loss! It made me depressed to look at my pictures from my trip and see just how big I still am. I couldn't believe my eyes and it just made me feel yucky. I don't want to be huge anymore. Ugh!

hi all
weight is up two pounds from trip- pouring in water today...
really didn't want to get out of bed today and I'm feeling really tired. Not sure what that is about between being tired and not being able to concentrate.
I have 2 back to back meetings today so need to be on point so I don't look like a moron.
food plan
grilled chicken
zuchinni
Pollack fish patty
more veggies
QOTD: Yes, I love making things.
Good morning JB and Menu crew - Love the meme! My family teased me during my first year, apparently there was not a mirror I would pass without checking the side view. LOL. Yay to sleeping in.
QOTD - Not at all!!
I am stuck at 205 lbs, no movement up or down. I have lost 2.6 pounds in 7 days on 1000-1100 calories and under 25 carbs a day. I am going to drop to 900 -1000 calories if I am able too....I am focused on 195. But am starting to question if that is a realistic weight for me. I want muscle, I want health. I have hovered at 199-205 for 3 years.....thoughts?
B - Premier protein shake
L - Thanksgiving lunch at work - Turkey, Ham and not much of anything else. There are desserts everywhere and the smells are filling the office area....I am focused though...
S - Premier protein
D - Asparagus stuffed chicken
E - light cardio
Stay healthy my friends. Mike

Mike - did you ever get one of the Dexa scans at a sports facility? They can tell you what your relative body fat percentage is. Getting to 195 may not make sense if you are just losing muscle.
I believe that the Dexa's at Doctors offices only tell bone density.
