What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

Here is how I rationalize it...if I buy a $33 plastic wrapped thing of King Crab legs, that is 3 meals for me. So I figure ok, I am worth $11 per meal, and it's high protein, and no carb, and doesn't even need butter or anything - it's that tasty! And then I also think about when I splurge at a restaurant and get the king crab appetizer as my meal, it's like $50! So that is how I tell myself it's ok to be so extravagant lol!

My nephews (29 and 15) love when I take them for pedis....and I do get them lush shower stuff...it was partly to try to get them to actually SHOWER when they were younger but now it's because they enjoy it. Not sure if that will work for ethan?

Boys are so hard to buy for, no matter what age.

Funny, he would like V bucks (some thing for Fortnite, no idea), he LOVES football and the Bengals so maybe we can get him something related to Bengals :) He would lose air pods in a hot second. But these are great ideas - thank you! I was feeling very lost and thinking "what do you buy a boy once he doesn't like toys anymore?" lol. I don't understand boy brains at any age!

Today was the Holiday Tree trimming at work. There was hot chocolate (made with milk, womp womp) and cookies, and kolaches, and brownies and...I said no to all of them, lol. Made me feel good to be able to walk away.

Snack - cucumbers with garlic hummus

Lunch - Lettuce tomato sandwich, on whole grain. Homemade vegan soup

Snack - fruit smoothie (frozen frui****er) rice roller with banana peanut butter

Dinner - not sure. Probably just a late afternoon snack of celery, peanut butter and pretzels. IF starts back at 3pm, so I can be on track to end it at 7am tomorrow.

Hi everyone - happy wednesday afternoon! My day has been a day; I told my boss that if I make it to the end of the day without dropping an F-bomb in the workplace I'm going to get a cookie...his response was "you don't eat cookies". I think he missed my point, lol.

Menu - 4 coffees (one with double shot of espresso) with half and half; cottage cheese; 4 oz ever roast chicken with .8 oz slice of cheese, light and fit greek, frozen built bar (my version of the cookie I deserve for the tooth prints in my tongue today).
