yes - I get the instant miso soup now, too. It's even easier than doing it from scratch! I've had the Trader Joe's one - they also have good ones at Asian food stores. (I was just explaining to Teenie how to make it from scratch since she has a block of miso in her fridge. But I rarely make it that way - I just buy instant miso soup since there are some good ones out there. And it's super easy..)
Morning all! Is it Friday yet??? Took a Benadryl last night to try and dry up this darn cold, but I think all it did was help me sleep. This morning I woke up just feeling drugged and sleepy. My nose just runs like a fountain and I have constant drainage in the back of my throat causing me to cough and cough and cough. I'm such a baby when I get a cold. I just don't like getting sick unless I can stay in bed all day. Gotta drudge through another day of work.

Good morning, everybody!
I was thinking back to a year ago. In November I was losing 6 pounds a week, my gout was so bad that I couldn't walk without crutches, my face looked hollowed out to the point that people had stopped commenting on my weight loss and I had to sleep wrapped in blankets and full sweatsuits because I was so cold. But its funny because at the time I thought that I was doing really well.
I guess it beat the alternative.
Before I head into work today, we are going to try and install the window that we had repaired a couple of weeks ago. The window shop did a great job re-glazing it and Marilyn bought new hardware. I don't think that it will be too tough of a job to install, but its in a bit of an awkward spot on the house.
QOTD: I am sure that I have never used 10 emojis in my life. I used a Halloween pumpkin and a thumbs up sign. There may be a couple of others incidents.
Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Ahi tuna salad
snack: Jerky
Dinner: TBD
Have a great day, all!
