I agree on one in particular...and many many more... very unfortunately...

Unfortunately, in SC local government is known to be seriously corrupted. Including sheriffs, and other cops, judges, lawyers...etc..

I used to travel to Greenville a couple of times a year for work, the folks I dealt with were some of the nicest, most genuine I have ever met. I really liked Greenville.

Good morning JB and Menuers,

Had a nice weekend got 2 more pumpkin cheesecakes made only three more to go. I give them as thank you's for thanksgiving. And the electrician wired for the Hot tub so when it comes in we are ready to go. And I hit an estate sale and the lady was my size and very stylish I scored a Pair of leather boots a wool dress a kick ass vest, Jacket and two other shirts for $12.

QOTD: Driver who text. People who don't wipe the equipment at the gym. People who do not replace the TP in the office restroom considering I stack extra rolls on the tank so it does not happen. And everything Jim said about that damn seat belt.

Accountability: There were crackers with peanut butter and squeeze cheese and a piece of nut roll.

TSS: 1 year 11 months 7 days 138 (lowest was 137.6 lbs)

CB: Dark roast coffee with and SF pumpkin spice creamer with miralax and fiber

Good morning everyone! I had a wonderful weekend. The kids were all home. I love it when we are all together. I finished writing my Christmas letter yesterday. I am hoping for a good family photo Thanksgiving weekend. Yes, I am that cheesy mom that still sends out Christmas cards.

My daughter and I went to a Christmas Bazaar on Saturday. I wasn't impressed. There was nothing handmade there. It was all scentsy and tupperware. I did buy a lipsense lipstick in a blue based red. I have been looking for a nice red lipstick. Its a bit out of my comfort zone, but I think I like it.

Is anyone else coffee sensitive?? I used to not be this morning was weird. I had 2 cups of black coffee this morning and it made my heart race and I felt gross. I ate my breakfast, waited 30 minutes and I have been chugging the water. I am feeling better, but I think I need to cut back on the coffee.

People that add me to parties on FB and try to sell me the latest pyramid scheme.

2c. black coffee, ugh!

2 medium eggs, 1/2 c. cottage cheese with EBB seasoning

leftover chicken with marinara and motzarella

halibut and asparagus

Really going to try and push the fluids today. My goal is no snacking. Lots of water and hot tea. Vitamins on track, goal of 30 minutes on the elliptical.

Morning all! Very late post for me. We made it back from our girls trip and it was wonderful! The biltmore estate was so beautiful!! I did NOT want to leave to come home!! I'll try to get some pictures up Friday. We had a blast and Saturday we actually walked over 5 miles and went up and down several flights of stairs so at least I got my exercise in! I didn't even get the least bit winded and everyone was complaining because they couldn't keep up with me. Lol. I never would have thought I'd have that much energy!! So a little nsv there. Oh my goodness the food! Every time I turned around we were eating, but I tried my best to stay on track and order healthy options while still trying a bite of cheesecake tart-apple compote with a rum caramel sauce and whipped cream and a bite of mocha mousse-served in a chocolate cup with chocolate covered espresso beans and whipped cream. Every shop we went in had samples of food as well. I was so afraid I had gained weight, but I actually lost about 2 pounds to my surprise.

However, now I'm sick. Throat is so sore, head stuffy and hurting and I've lost my voice. I think it was the weather and being out so long in the night air. Blah.
