So thankful its Friday. It rainy, foggy and dreary today in the PNW. I am headed into Portland to get my studded snow tires on. I don't really want to deal with people today, but it is what it is. The kids are coming home tomorrow for the night. My son is going to smoke a tri-tip and my daughter and I are going to check out some holiday bazaars.
QOTD- All the cheese!! I actually threw away a chunk of vintage white cheddar last week. I just felt like I would be slicing away on that thing all day. Cheese is something that I can't have around. Cheese leads to crackers and that just can't happen.
Food for today-
2 c. black coffee
2 eggs, 1/2 c. cottage cheese with EBB seasoning
chomps for emergency food
Boars head turkey pepper with mustard, cherry tomatoes
Halibut and broccoli ( I didn't eat this last night. I came home from work and just wasn't hungry)
I am excited to share that at 5 months out, my stomach is accepting more foods now. When I hit the 6 month mark, I'm thinking I'll try the two food groups - poultry and brassicas - that I still can't tolerate. But I'm hopeful! Also, I'm near the 100# lost benchmark! Woo!
QOTD: Fried chicken and tiramisu
B: Okra and tomatoes, tea
L: Soup
S: protein shake
D: Steak, carrots, roasted delicata squash slices
I need to get back to pushing fluids. I haven't been getting enough lately.
