Happy Fri-YAY! I hope everyone had a great week. My day was much better yesterday. Maybe it really was the full moon that had everyone acting out, or maybe it was just Thursday with 19,000 teachers, lol.
I can't decide if I am going to drive or take the train today. I generally prefer the train but the times are so inflexible and it is so expensive. On the plus side, though, I get lots of built in exercise... Decisions, decisions...
My first photos today are of two of my favorite boys making kissy-faces at me this week!
Second pic is of my Hawaiian vaca with Maryann last Feb. I am literally itching for a vacation right now, and wish I had something planned!
Accountability: No slips ups again! I swapped out my planned dinner for a breakfast chaffle (egg, cheddar cheese & bacon bits w/ sugar free maple syrup) for about the same calories. It was delish!
QOTD: In the spirit of the above meme, if calories didn't count, what 2 food items would be in your "pleasure room"? I'm thinking of a balance between salty and sweet, so I would go with potato chips and fresh chocolate chip cookies!
Grim and I are going to dinner tonight with friends, but as far as I know we don't have a restaurant chosen, so dinner is up in the air. Fingers crossed that we go somewhere where I can order my 3rd fish tacos in a week!

Good morning menu friends! It's 22 here this am which is MUCH better than the 8it was few days ago. Miss Lily and I will head out for our first long walk in a few minutes and will do 2 more walks later today. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 121. QOTD it would be pumpkin pie and pecan pie. Yes I miss the sweets! I have got to do better o fluids throughout the day. I didn't even hit80 ounces yesterday and feel best when I have at least 100. I get busy helping the volunteers and forget to drink. I need to at least stop at break time and drink as much as I can then. Here's the food plan for the day B 1 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup L 4 oz seafood salad D 4 oz of baked salmon S if needed L&F yogurt shared with Miss Lily of course! Have a wonderful day full of healthy choices everyone!

It's pretty amazing how quickly our bodies will adjust to 22 degrees feeling balmy, after single digits, right? I actually took my scarf off to walk yesterday because it felt so "nice" out (it was still below freezing).
I love pecan pie so much, but even pre-op it was too sweet for me to eat more than a slice at a time!

Good morning JB and menu folks. Happy Friday. Quick post for me as I am heading to Montreal this morning to meet with a vendor. It has been a busy week. I am ready for the weekend, though we are taking a ride to Burlington VT tomorrow as there is a new REI store opening and we need some Hiking gear, they are giving away water bottles with a gift card in them to the first 250 people in line. Hoping we score some big $$$...LOL.
