Is it possible you have a groin / femoral hernia?
I was dealing with pain in my groin for a few years, and everything was evaluated except that. 3 years ago I realized that I had a hernia in that area. I had it fixed and no more pain there. But - an ovary and fallopian tube is there also. It can be cysts in ovary causing the pain.

QOTD- Me and my brother were both Marines.
As a contractor I had to work today, but it was from home. So I started at 6 and was done by about 2. I went into the office on Sunday to try and get ahead for the week. I forgot they turn the heat off at 4PM on Friday and it doesn't come back on until 6AM Monday. So I froze for about 3 hours, my little space heater kept tripping the breaker in my power strip so I gave up and went home to get warm.
