I always look forward to your memes. I don't know where you find them but they are a nice start to the day.

I have a spot in my planner for dinner and at times I use it and others I don't. I used to be able to plan meals but now with teens plus littles it is a bit more challenging because it isn't just about me planning. (The teens tend to just want to make what they want, etc.)

QOTD - I wake up naturally most of the time, usually around 4 or 5. I get up and get started on my morning routine. I find it helpful to get a head start on the kids, which I do most days. I can wake my body up gradually and sort of go through things mentally before the day kicks in full force, which helps. If I just stayed in bed until the kids woke up I would be running around very sore and mentally scattered; I am sure of this.
