Good morning JB and Menuers,
Lots of activity today glad to see you back Jim. It was also great to see the shout out from Amber. It is strange how you worry about people you've never met before when they ghost.
I am having a great day started out with a new tube of Mascara and every lady on this vine knows how awesome it is to apply new mascara. We are also looking at having our first snow here in Pittsburgh today, unfortunately it is suppose to hit at rush hour. I am just hoping it does not hold me up going to the gym.
QOTD: During the week I will hit the snooze once or twice but on the weekend I hit the ground running knowing it's a me day.

Accountability: Everything but the Gym. My knee was bothering me so I decided to give it a rest I plan on going back tonight.

QOTD - I definitely wake up, but I lay there and pet my doggos, or simply keep my eyes closed while I think about stuff going on that day. I haven't ever been a person who bounces out of bed. I wish!
Breakfast - Fruit smoothie, (frozen frui****er), cranberry oatmeal, almond milk, veggie sausage patty
Snack - Mandarin orange, rice cake peanut butter
Lunch - veggie lasagna
Snack - Cucumbers with hummus, lettuce tomato

QOTD- I usually wake up and read depending on how much time I have. I don't use an alarm clock and since the time change I seem to wake a 4 which would be 5 and I try to be out the door before 6:30. Not a morning person, but have been forced to conform for the last 40 years so I can't sleep in if I try. Insomnia is not your friend....
I have been really struggling lately, no energy, I don't seem to care about anything. It's all just flat... the things that normally bring me joy don't. My NP called in another prescription to try one of the antidepressants on the list from the DNA test, but my insurance is balking and not approving it. I really need to do something, I can't survive like this.
Tomorrow I work from home and get my hair done, so it should be a low key day.
