What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
on 11/6/19 11:22 am
My friend is on WW and it's so funny how her points and my keto lifestyle are just not friends. WW still prefers a low-fat/no-fat world from what I can tell! I bet they didn't like that cheese and avocado, right?
Your lunch sounds absolutely amazing. I am sitting at my desk drinking water and sucking on sub-lingual vitamins and absolutely drooling over your poke bowl lol.
- High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
- High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
- Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)
A Weigh****cher point is about 50 calories. But if it is high fat it is more, so an avocado at 110 calories per serving is 3 weigh****cher points probably because of the high fat. Same thing happens with cheese. Same amount of fatfree would be one point and high fat would be three points.
To lose on Weigh****chers, I do go back to a lot of low and zero fat items.
