Wait, I thought it was the other way around! I thought that heat was the only way to kill the germs, and paper towels were just blotting the germs... I need to read the entire internet and report back, lol.

Breakfast - Fruit smoothie, (frozen frui****er), veggie sausage.
Snack - Rice cake, peanut butter, tangerine
Lunch - Thanksgiving potluck at work, thankfully lots of veggie options AND someone is bringing a tofurkey!
Since I am back on IF, this will be the entire day plan.

Good morning JB and Menuers,
Sorry for your hectic day JB. Even though there is tons to do I hope it goes as smoothly as possible.
I made a huge mistake this morning. I was given a beautiful beige Ralph Lauren Wool skirt that i have been excited to wear. 100% Sheep wool. So I put it on and heading to work. Since it is long and comes to the middle of my cowboy boots didn't see the need for pantyhose. OMG driving here I thought I was going to die the itching was so bad. Luckily I am going to the gym tonight and I have a pair of workout yoga pants with me. I put them on as soon as I hit my office. Problem diverted. But now I am super warm. I do not see comfort any way today until I get to the gym.
QOTD: I wear Nitrile gloves to do housework. When I have guest they always ask about the gloves but I keep the water very hot and it helps me to not burn my hand. I hate anything on my skin except lotion.
TSS 1 year 10 months 25 days 140 lbs (lowest was 138.2)
CB: Dark roast coffee with and SF pumpkin spice creamer with miralax and fiber
MS Oikos strawberry Greek YOGURT, Apple Protein pancake with SF syrup.
L: Crack chicken and roasted butternut squash.
D: Flourless Gluten -Fee Low carb pizza and Bean soup.
ES: Gloria Jeans Toffee Coffee and Aldi SF French Vanilla creamer
Exercise: Elliptical at Planet fitness.
Everybody have a great day.
Brightest Blessings

I used to get hand-me-downs from a cousin when I was a kid. It was all high-end wool kilts and sweaters, and I spent my first decade of life itching and uncomfortable! So glad you had the yoga pants!

Hi gang!
Big news-- DH and I bit the bullet and began our search for our "big kid" home. Our current house looks like a little monopoly house. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, no garage or basement and NO SPACE. DH bought it on foreclosure before he met me, so with its actual value, we'll actually have a pretty decent chunk for a downpayment on a bigger place. We looked at a house Sunday that I immediately wanted to put an offer on, but DH, the realist, implored me to shop a bit ;)
weight is creeping down again, painfully slowly. But downward nonetheless.
qotd: HATE wet, sticky hands! I don't mind garden dirt though
breakfast: coffee with premier
lunch: salad with diced chicken breast
dinner: making mini meatloafs tonight (in muffin tins) so I can freeze what we don't eat tonight.
I'm cat-sitting for a coworker friend. I had DH there with me Sunday as we were on our way to look at the house. Please observe the facial expression on this cat :D
