I am as well, people do not seem to understand that. I am not able to introduce.." Just one".....

We get an insane amount of junk mail. I used to allow it to pile up in random "hot spots" but I have learned to just skim through and tra**** immediately. I just always wonder who these people are that have resources to just spam others with crap mail on a regular basis.

Good morning everyone!

QOTD - So much junk mail. Just so much.

I had a NSV this morning. I actually pulled jeans from the dryer, and put them on without unbuttoning or unzipping them. I stood there in shock for a second, and then did a little happy dance. The dogs were very confused.


Breakfast - Cranberry almond oatmeal, almond milk with a veggie sausage patty

Snack - Rice cake with banana peanut butter

Lunch - Leftover pasta with stroganoff sauce

Snack - Tangerine

Dinner - Bean taco with lettuce, tomato and salsa

Hello JB and Menuers,

Tuesday that's it really? Ugh!

Wow I been eating crap like crazy since Friday and the scale is showing it. I have always had small pouch days so it is very strange that I am capable of consuming so much. I am committing to having a Clean and focused day today.

QOTD: Elections are November 5th so I am getting slammed right now. And I can not believe the amount of trashing these politicians do. At the bottom of the bashing propaganda it says Paid for by the Republican Party of Pennsylvania. I can't believe they own up to this crap. At least I recycle it all so hopefully that is one plus that comes from this crap.

TSS 1 year 10 months 18 days 141 lbs (lowest was 138.2 last week. I got to get back soon)

Accountability: Peanuts, pork rinds and tortilla ends. I made a roll up for my mom to take to her bowling league and I ate most of the ends I cut off. No gym.

CB: Dark roast coffee with and SF pumpkin spice creamer with miralax and fiber

MS L&F strawberry cheesecake YOGURT, Egg bite,

L: Deli style roast beef roll up with cheddar .

D: Greens and peepers saute in Olive oil with Fontanel and sausage.

LS Gloria jeans Toffee coffee and Aldi SF French Vanilla creamer

Exercise: I will be on that epithelial at the gym tonight.
