What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?

I concur. Baking bacon like this is THE way to go. It became the only way to make bacon in the volume needed to feed my family and cut down on the mess, (which always overwhelmed me...grease splatters and attached babies and small children were a no no). I have not had nitrate free bacon and tbh it has been a long time since I have had bacon. I used to save the grease in a mason jar once it cooled a bit...great for seasoning cast iron or as a precursor to scrambled eggs.

I am sad that my car doesn't have seat warmers, but I do have a heated blanket that plugs into the cigarette lighter so, good enough :)
I bought Grim a seat cooler and he likes it. I have never tried it because I have never wanted cool buns!

I heard about these plug in blankets and could not find any left at Walmart as they had sold out on black Friday apparently that year. Amazon always had a great selection though. I think heated blankets are a great winter prep item for anyone to have. So practical, especially with carseat safety guidelines with the littles.
Good morning everyone! Happy Monday!
QOTD - I drive a 2015 Fiat Pop 500. I absolutely adore it. It's mint green, and a five speed. It has a sun roof and it zooms in and out of places very quickly. It's great on gas, and it's super sassy!
Breakfast - Fruit soothie w/water, hot tea with almond milk
Snack - 1/2 cranberry almond protein oatmeal, with almond milk
Lunch - Frozen vegetarian dinner (ziti pasta, tomato sauce), cucumbers, tangerine
Snack - Fruit smoothie w/water
Dinner - Stroganoff (minus the beef, so just some pasta and sauce) with green beans.
I hope everyone has a great day!
