Whats on your Sunday menu RNYers?
Today is a rare rainy day here in NC (at least rare given we've been in drought). Jon's in WV and today will mostly contain cleaning - starting on the 3rd floor and working my way down. Yesterday I ran 12 miles which is my last long run before my race in 2 weeks. I'm so happy to have accomplished it! Especially without my support vehicle (ie: Jon on his unicycle riding along with me).
My Food:
- Breakfast: Coffee w/ Cream and then a Latte
- Brunch: English Muffin w/ Egg, Cheese & Sausage, Strawberries
- Dinner: Baked Chicken Thigh w/ Veggies
- Snacks: Cheese Stick, Fiber One Bar, Apple w/ PB, Cottage Cheese, Ricotta (These are my options, I'll pick a couple).
Today requires a 2 mile jog or walk for recovery. I'm hoping for a break in the rain to try out my new Trekz headphones!

Good morning!
been sick with a head cold since Thursday, so I've been lethargic and not eating much. Trying to keep fluids going. Lots of hot tea and soup. don't really have an appetite for much.
menu will be up in the air, but I did have a Greek L&F this morning.
