- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)
I didn't get a chance to post yesterday,but here I am today. QOTD coffee and creamer for sure.Miss lily and I have our first long walk in already and will do at least 1 more later if weather permits--it's raining now. Glad we got done when we did as 15 minutes later we would have gotten wet. Accountability was fair yesterday-good with steps but I found 2 mini candybars I did not need. Weight today is 121.2. Here's the food plan for the day B 11/2 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup L 4 oz crab salad D 4 oz baked cod with tartar sauce S if needed 3 peanut butter crackers. Have a wonderful day full of healthy choices everyone!

I already had 2 blueberry chaffels and a coffee and I plan on a crack chicken quesadillas for lunch. Dinner is up in the air cause we have that costume party have a great day everybody.

Jumping on even though I am at work. Shhhhh.
Just ate my breakfast even though I have been up since 6:15. Ate grilled chicken, pickles and cucumber slices. Ha. Breakfast of Champions.
Also have: Fage and strawberries, Ratatouille with turkey chop meat, veggies, protein and not sure what else.
QOTD: lately my have to out for are cashew milk, half and half and veggies. I eat a lot of veggies these days and do not really eat frozen. I usually have a frozen protein I can pull out and cook.

Late post today. Let me just go ahead and get my accountability out of the way first. So I ended up going out for dinner with my family last night instead of having my leftover salmon. Ended up having grilled chicken tenders, steamed broccoli and a side salad with balsamic. Not bad until I ate half of a dang biscuit. Now before surgery I was never a big biscuit eater...not sure why, just wasn't. But oh my goodness they were hot and fresh and smelled heavenly. I had absolutely no willpower and it was so delicious!!! I wanted the whole thing, but thankfully I stopped after eating half.
QOTD: Definitely coffee and creamer and Splenda now. Another one for me that sounds strange is my sugar free chewing gum. I seem to have an addiction to it now. I only chew it at work. It seems to help with my cravings as crazy as it sounds.
