It reads like you may be feeling a little better; I hope so! I really love ostrim brand meat sticks. They are such a great snack for on the go or any time really. I love their variety and they are on point, nutritionally.

Qotd - I don't really have any Halloween or scary movie faves these days. I'm a chicken So probably the closest I get is that I have seen every episode of Supernatural! It's a favorite.

its been a busy day at the end of a busy week, and I've only eaten cottage cheese and cheese (and it's 4pm) plus coffee and water. Swapping my half and half for the cafe latte PP is a good thing on days like this!

Do you like cafe latte PP as much as I do? I think it's THE BEST flavor so far! I was very excited when they came out with cookies and cream but after trying it I was not impressed. Cafe latte on the other hand really impressed me.

My son surprised us tonight with a visit home from college. I'm very happy.

We made pizza with a cauliflower crust. That was nasty. Other normal food consumed.
