Hey strangers... so excited I am ready for work, food packed, coffee in hand and an hour to kill. Wheeee!!
I weaned myself back on coffee ...hahaha.... after almost 3 months off morning coffee by going back to heated cold brew. I have also been drinking with cashew milk and just a splash of half and half. Cross your fingers it is working.
News this week: Going to be a Grandma again!!! Number three.
QOTD: Hitch**** I always think of the movie The Birds... Also does anyone remember- Night of the Living Dead? Original zombie movie.
Eats:
- frittata with spinach and Italian sausage
- grilled chicken on thin sliced bread, veggie
- ratatouille with turkey chop meat in it
- S: pumpkin muffins, protein, veggies
