Good morning and happy Thursday! My first meeting is not until 8 am...it feels like such a late start!!

We had some snow last night and driving home from the photography class (which was fun and I'm hoping something sticks to improve my photots) took more than 2x the usual drive. This morning it seems to have tapered off but I slept in a bit so will work from home anyway. Flexibility for the win! I do have a bunch of budgeting stuff to do which will be less than fun for the next couple of weeks!

qotd - I was born on Friday the 13th so out of self defense I have avoided being superstitious.

today is one of my favorite workout days - I have a cardio jump class followed by an hour of stretching and balance class. It's a great combo and I'm looking forward to it!

mmmmm tacos!

yesterday was gym day after work, so that was painful. had my shower and made shrimp wraps with a peanut yogurt sauce. it was yummy. had a little acid due to the cabbage last night but it was fine.

food today- more shrimp- cabbage (cooked this time), cauli oats. not sure what else.

QOTD: no not really anything

Super quick post to check in. Miss Lily and I have our first long walk in and will do 2 more later. Accountability didn't get 2nd long walk in--it was short instead as it was already dark when we got home from the store. I got lots of steps in at work though. Weight today is 121.4. QOTD not superstitious at all. Here's the food plan for the day B 2 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup L 4 oz seafood salad D4 oz grilled tuna S if needed 3 peanut butter crackers. Good morning JB and the menu crew. Had a wonderful dinner out last evening, filled up on salad and only ate about a 1/4 of my entree so I will have left over crab stuffed haddock for dinner this evening. Also prepping to have our dining room floor refinished, currently a natural oak, Joddie decided on a translucent grey color, should look great and transition to the tile in our kitchen very well. Bethany will get to go to doggy daycare for 4 days while the floor is being done.

Quick post as I am heading to Montreal for the morning to meet with a vendor, back to Montreal tomorrow for lunch with a vendor.

QOTD - No superstitions...

B - Premier protein shake

Oh that guacamole looks so good, JB! I am sorry you slept poorly - I had that happen Sunday night and Monday I was bone tired. Literally, could feel it in my bones. I have been trying to go to bed between 9-10 this week instead of my normal 10-11. But I always wake up at like 4 am. SO annoying. Nothing compared to tonight where we will be on a plane...we take off at 8:50 pm, it's a 7 hour direct flight, and we land at 9 am and take the tube into Central London...we can't get into our AirBnB until 3 pm so the plans are lunch and a walking tour. Let's hope for good attitudes all around! LOL

QOTD: My only superstition is "knock on wood". As in "I have never broken my leg, knock on wood" at which point I find wood to knock on :)

My food for the next few days is vacation. Not, off the rails eat an entire pizza, but definitely not ever roast for breakfast :( We do AirBnBs so we can have a kitchen which lets us do breakfast at home, but we will be eating out lunches and dinners while we are out and about.

B: a cup of 2% cottage cheese (I have tried the 4% to see if it keeps me fuller, but don't like the taste) with Everything But The Bagel on it

L: 2 AmyLu andouille chicken sausage

D: At the airport, blech.

Have a great trip! If the kids start to flag tomorrow morning, just remind the time zones are an artificial construct and they don't want to be bound by arbitrary controls while exploring the world, lol. Success rates will be variable!
