I am super jazzed! I just have a tremendous respect for her as an athlete and a woman. She's pretty radtastic! I missed this conference last year when I worked at Rackspace, so to be able to go this year is super exciting! I'm going to take so many pictures!

Let it begin with me.

Good morning. Was doing well until last weekend. Just too many social activities. I have to learn as my social activities go back up, to stay the course. Still learning my new skill set and practicing everyday. Weight holding steady at 4 over ideal weight, but within my target range.
QOTD - Hockey player, on ice not their off ice bad behaviors. I love Austin for his on ice skills and yes, because he plays face first (not so much for his bad behaviors). Gotta love the teeth.
B - 1/2 cup oatmeal; 2 eggs
L - 3.5 oz chicken and small salad, small apple
S - .75 oz dried salami and 3/4 oz cheese
D - Salad and 3.5 oz chicken (yes, boring choices today)
S - Frozen mango
Exercise - 45 min Peloton tonight; an hour at work with my under desk elliptical machine (Cubii)
HW 510 / SW 424/ GW 175 (stretch goal to get 10 under) / CW 160 (I'm near the charts ideal weight - wonder if I can stay here)

Good morning JB and Menuers:
Glad it is Wednesday but I agree that this has already been a long week.
But on the brighter side Monday was my 23rd anniversary sitting in this chair and that means I have renewed my PTO. I have not had a day off since last February do to using all my time for my hernia surgery. We have not been on a vacation since 2016 do to all health related issues. First DH had to back surgery in 2016 and 2017. Then I had my WLS December 2017 and had complications so I used all my PTO that year and in February of this year the hernia surgery used all my time. So needless to say we will be going on Vacation in mid February or early March. Keeping fingers crossed that everybody's health stays in check. Plus I plan on taking Mom(81) so she better stay healthy too.
QOTD: I guess Athlete It's more geared to keeping me healthy and that is where my mind set is in my life right now.

Good morning folks~That cat, omg! I go to bed at 8pm also, so weeknight stuff is usually a hard no unless its special! I hope you have a great time! I am home today with a nasty sore throat and a throbbing head. It's going around at work and my son just got over this. I'm hoping to head this off, we'll see...Even though I wasn't planning on running yesterday, I skipped the gym to give my knees a rest. They are feeling so much better this morning. I'm hoping to run again tomorrow and only twice a week there after. I like the variety and look forward to all the different things. I was planning on swimming today it will be 85 degrees which would be perfect but not happening today.
QOTD - I would love to be a pianist. Not famously, but like for the local musical theater, or playhouse. I would love to play classical but just for me, not an audience.

Hey menu friends! Been away from the thread for a while but definitely time to come back.
I've been struggling with my developing exercise addiction, so I'm working to scale back. Four days a week is it, but on those four days I can do as much as I want. So yesterday I went all out, doing an epic trail skate on my lunch break and helping to coach new-skater roller derby practice. Had a couple of epic, pants-shredding high-speed wipeouts on pavement, and I'm covered in bruises after being used for target practice by the newbies, but I feel pretty good.
Weight loss has been really good, too, so a big pbbbbbt to my surgeon who gave me a complex at my last appointment. 15lb from my goal, whoo!
QOTD: I'm going to say athlete, because it's something I'm working on really hard right now. And honestly, I consider myself to be a pretty good musician (I can play pretty much every band instrument plus piano and guitar), and I may not be Picasso but I kick ass at Pictionary and that's good enough for me.
Chow:
- B: half a protein bar
- L: Greek yogurt
- D: ground beef with spaghetti sauce
- S: cheese, lots of Fairlife
Happy Wednesday!
