What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
on 10/23/19 1:40 am
Again, I know I shouldn't really be complaining, given everyone else's real struggles but Good Lord this has been a long week, already... I am excited for tonight, though! We have tickets to see Nick Offerman! It starts at 8pm when I am usually crawling into bed (and it's probably 1.5 hours from home) so it's going to make for a rough Thursday, but it should be fun :)
Accountability: 100%.
QOTD: Would you rather be a great musician, artist or athlete? I have always been artistic and would love to be a "real" artist without a day job! I'd like to be more athletic, of course, but I don't think I would like the lifestyle of a famous athlete.
Not sure what we are doing for dinner before the show, yet...
- High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
- High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
- Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)
Good morning everyone! We are halfway there. Can't wait to get today over with. So I had a little nsv last night. My mom brought over a bunch of her old clothes for me to try on and I was actually able to fit comfortably into an X-Large top and a couple of Large tops. Before surgery I was wearing 3X-4X. In pants I was a 26 and now my 16/18 pants are starting to get too big. Haven't been this size since high school.
QOTD: musician without a doubt
B: premier shake
B2: coffee w/Splenda
L: roast beef and cheese roll up

JB, your memes are killing me! So thankful it is Wednesday. Monday, I met with the surgeon and I do have a rotator cuff tear and a cyst on some nerve which I can't remember. I have to have an EMG so the surgeon can see how he will remove it. I was in complete shock because I wasn't expecting to hear I had a tear. I didn't sleep well at all on Monday night and felt like a zombie all day yesterday. I had a better night's rest last night (it's super hard to stay asleep with the shoulder) and I am hoping today will be a better day.
QOTD: musician
B: egg
L: Buddig turkey, cheese and a pear
D: ham and swiss egg bake
