Good Thursday morning all! I just keep telling myself two more days....just two more days until two days of freedom. Not that I have any plans this weekend. Just looking forward to not having to be somewhere.

QOTD: oh my goodness yes! I get tons of work emails. One folder gets over a hundred emails daily of orders that need to be scheduled for patients. I don't even want to know how many total emails are in that one folder now. And I can never get caught up because they just keep coming and God forbid I'm out sick or decide to take a vacation. I catch hell trying to catch up.

B: premier shake

B2: coffee w/Splenda

L: turkey and cheese roll up

D: leftover salmon and veggies

Ha, Ha, Ha, that little puppy is the cutest!

Weird day yesterday. Absolutely zero time to get on OH so I am hoping to catch up today when the students take a graded assignment... we shall see.

Going to the orthopedic today to have the MRI read and results for my shoulder. It really has become quite annoying and I am hoping for some answers. My menu is up in the air because the appointment is in the middle of the day and DH is going with me. I think we will stop on the way home for a late lunch and then have a light snack for dinner.

B: low sugar oatmeal made with fairlife milk

L:?

D:?

At least 100 ounces of water and vitamins.

Have a great day everyone!

Good morning, everybody!

Is it too early to dream of the weekend? This week has felt so long after being away last weekend and going out on Sunday night. I don't go out much at all and definitely not on Sunday nights. Every client seems want everything done now.

I am going to work from home today which should at least save me commuting time. But its going to be a real working from home, not just running errands and checking my email periodically. I will try and get some miles towards the October 50.

Open event 20.2 is announced tonight. Hopefully its not wall balls.

QOTD: I get between 100 - 200 a day. Generally I don't delete them and just move them into personal folders. So i have about 200,000 emails on my computer. A couple of years ago I asked IT to transfer a bunch to my hard drive and they ended up deleting most of the ones I had instead. There were only about 3-4 times that I really needed something that I couldn't find.

Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese

Snack: Protein Bar

Lunch: Cobb salad

Snack: Light and Fit

Dinner: Tamale

Have a great day, all!

Retired people don't get so many. My emailers know I like cruising and pizza coupons.

I hope you are able to eat today. I'm off to bed. Pretty good food day.

hi all

quick one for me this morning- don't I ALWAYS say this? anyway. I did have a dark chocolate pretzel and a dark chocolate balsamic strawberry piece yesterday. we bought for our boss for bosses day. it was amazing...

rest of the plan went well. having coffee now and putting out a small fire at work.

I'm officially a TN resident now. Got my DL license done yesterday and it took over 3 hours during my work da.y I was not pleased....

food plan for today: coffee, water, more coffee, water, eggs, flatbread, chicken, veggies,

QOTD: forgot what the dang question was- had to go back and look. I have a zillion personal emails- I have a gmail and a yahoo and I NEVER clean them up. and I don't have my notifications on here cause that would make me bonkers. I wish there was a mass delete function- I also don't want to miss a sale~!!

I hope the state of TN is good to you. It has some beautiful scenery from what I can remember from vacationing there years ago. Was the timing with the DL due to the new Real ID requirements or just a lolly gag type of situation on staffing there? Glad that is behind you at least but 3 hours. For the love of gawd.

hi apparently I picked the 'worst' one - if I had gone closer to where I live it would have been faster. so annoyed.

Hi everyone and happy Thursday! I am off until Tuesday after today so I'm am sure today will drag. I have to be honest, it started very positively though. I had a nice note from one of my teams when I logged into my email, they all sent me "why we like working for you" for bosses day -- and I was thrilled it was things like I hold them accountable but done micromanage, that I help them get the tools they need to be successful - stuff that really makes an impact for them! It touched my cold heart!

At bookclub yesterday, I had seconds of roasted root vegetables -- they were so good but I was so full, I swear even this morning. Parsnips, turnips, sweet potatoes, beets roasted in miso.yum

menu today will be the last of the everroast, a cottage cheese, and I will take some nuts and a protein bar for the flight/dinner once I land.

qotd - My email is out of control, 100s a day and I file by month and year.

have a fantastic Thursday!!
