Well I'm sure gaining six since October was not what you had planned, but the average gain over the holidays is 5-10 pounds. Start fresh with the new year. Many of us are right there with you!!
I was up 30 but have lost 7.6 over the last few weeks. I have 22.4 to go!!

What changes have you made since you started this thread in October? I see you're looking for tracking apps, that's great -- get a tracker that works for you, come join us on the menu thread -- it's very active and get support in doing the hard stuff! Across all your posts, it sounds like you know what you need to do, see if daily posting and accountability help you to do it. Progress not perfection will be your first mantra!

Yes... Progress certainly needs to be made. The only changes I've made are those for the worse... clearly !!
I think a tracker will help me stay accountable. Darn 183 seems so long ago... in October of last year.
