Good morning, and happy hump day!
QOTD - I attempted to play the flute for a year in middle school band. I never learned to read music, and never enjoyed it. As an adult, I would love to play something but not sure where to start.
Breakfast- Fruit smoothie, coffee, and probably some hot tea later
Snack - Rice cake, peanut butter and some freeze dried strawberries
Lunch - Amy's dinner (Indian foot mattar paneer), kale salad
Snack - Chia pudding (homemade, coconut milk, cocoa powder, chia seeds, splenda)
Dinner - Remedy smoothie. You wouldn't think it but DANG they are filling.
I hope everyone has a lovely day! We actually cooled down AND got some rain here in San Antonio, which makes it feel wonderful. Unfortunately I am not at home in bed, but at this place called work I have to go to everyday!

Good morning everyone. I was up way too early again. I am going to head out for my walk as soon as its daylight. The rain is supposed to start today. Life in the PNW!
My dermatologist called me Monday. The area that was removed from my leg is last week is melanoma. I go in on the 29th for surgery. I am not looking forward to it.
Accountability- I have been spot on. I have been feeling off lately emotionally, kind of numb. Too many things in my life that I cannot control. The one thing I can control though is what I put in my mouth.
QOTD- I played the trumpet.
Food plan for today-
2 c. black coffee
low carb wrap, 1 light laughing cow cheese, 2 oz cranberry sage turkey breast, 1 slice light swiss, 4 dill pickle chips
Kale motz chicken patty, grilled onions, 2 T. garlic Taziki ( great find from Trader joes)
Halibut, 4 spears asparagus
Lots of water, hot tea today. I am going to attempt to organize my dresser and closet.
