Difficulty digesting manchego cheese?

Hello people!

I had surgery on the 19th of July, I've lost 61 pounds since that day. When I eat food with fat, I have statorrhea. Color of the drops was clear or orange, but I ate manchego cheese last week and it's been black.

I have diverticula in my duodenum, however I had a colonoscopy two weeks ago and there was no bleeding from there. I have hemorroids and I am taking medicine for that.

So my question is if anyone's had black statorrhea after eating macnhego cheese? Or maybe it's because of the medicines I'm taking for the hemorroids?

I wonder if it is dye from the colonoscopy. Ask the doctor who performed it.
