What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu, RNYers?

Oh no! Hope both you and Grim get to recovering quickly! Tough fall, health wise!
happy Friday and so ready for the weekend - and I only have 5 hours of meetings in this 8 hour day so it's wonderful!
qotd - Italian beef on a French bread roll with pickles, pepperoncini and cheddar, with au jus.
tomorrow some friends and I are doing a performance/hike event thing up outside of boulder - it's a 2 mile hike but there are performers that will be doing ghost stories and then having dinner; Sunday I am meeting my bestie in castle rock to hang out for my birthday so will be a good day, probably just strolling around the shops and stopping regularly for coffee (she shares my addiction)
Menu today is more of the yummy chili I made during yesterday's snow storm, I froze a bunch but still have 6 "RNY sized" portions in the fridge, plus at least one meal of ever roast deli chicken and a light and fit greek. The chili is very spicy, which I could send it to all you stuffed up peoples!
have a fantastic Friday and weekend everyone !
photo today is the yard in the snow

Hard no on the early snow. I am really not feeling winter this year...
Have a great time on your hike--sounds like fun!

hi all
two pics for yall today- aren't you lucky! first is my nieces dog- she is a mascot for pugs eyewear. then the second is an attachment for IP that air fryes everything? anyone tried it?
You can google how to calculate the PD. Also if you have had an eye exam, just call them and ask them what it was... most times they will tell you.
QOTD: I would say probably a monte cristco fried with the fancy jam and powdered sugar on top.then you get sweet and savory. I would probably also put syrup on it- I'm getting ELF flashbacks!!!
lol
food on point, scale stable
non workout day

Such a cute pup! I have never tried anything air fried but I am incredible tempted to buy one. I am just worried that I would increase my carbs by a zillion if I had it in my house.
