What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu, RNYers?

Its Friiiiiiiiidaaaaaaaay! And Not just any Friday...the Friday before a 3 day weekend! Whoo! Who has fun plans? Grim and I will be driving up to NH tomorrow for a birthday lunch with my dad and a little leaf peeping. We actually had a hotel room little further north in ME and planned to stay for the weekend, but poor Grim hurt his knee and isn't walking too well right now, and I have this stupid cold, so I canceled the room, and we are staying home to heal ourselves.
Here is my contribution for Photo Friday. My new glasses! QQ: for those of you who have bought new glasses online... How do you accurately measure the pupillary distance? I want to buy all the frames!
Accountability: My tummy hurt all day and my sinuses were aching, so I didn't eat much.
QOTD: I listened to my coworkers have a heated, passionate discussion about this yesterday, so let's hear it... Build your ideal imaginary sandwich! Mine is roast beef on French bread, with brown mustard, red onions, lettuce, and pickles.
I am going to dinner with friends tonight, so this is not a complete plan.
Exercise: Just a long walk through the city.

Hello my friends,
There is smell of food and good mood in the air. The town is shut down for festivities of the patron saint of the town. The fair that we are going to is full of my favorite foods; crepe with Nutella, torrone, and tons of other sweet delights. Imagine a Hogsmeade village with tons of yummy food stalls. I will be strong and stay on plan. Smelling the perfumes will be enough.
Yesterday was a fun day. I played tourist in my hometown (see pics).
Italians are very attached to their cars. My niece bought her first brand new car, a Fiat 500L.
I am also attaching pics of me driving my brother's mid life crisis car. I was actually surprised he let me drive it. I was a little bit intimidated because the engine was very noisy and every time I sped up it made a noise like I was driving a jet. We chose a winding country road and had fun driving the car at high speed.
QOTD: turkey, cheese, avocado, spicy mustard, multi grain bread, tomatoes, sprouts.
I better get going because the fair doesn't wait for anybody! Wish me luck!
Have a great weekend, everybody.
Ciao!

Sheila, so glad that you posted pictures. You are a real babe in your BIL's car!! Have a wonderful time.
Oh and do you know how to make the Nutella crepes? I'd like to make some for friends (not my thing strangely).

Hey Janet. Sorry, have no idea how to make them, and it's a good thing. Bcz it would be very dangerous for me to be close to Nutella.
