Good morning~ Sorry to hear you are sick again! Hopefully it won't be too bad. This week I'm staying super busy to avoid emotional eating and it's working. As much as I look forward to weekends, it's more time to relax, but also more time on my hands which can lead to eating. The last couple weekends ended up that way and I don't want this weekend to be the same. I'm tired of going up and down these same 5 pounds. Today I have a dentist appt at 8 so I am going into work after. Home on the couch drinking coffee again until its time to leave.
QOTD - NSV I can feel myself getting stronger with every workout and its really challenging and empowering me!! I used to HATE cardio, now I'm in love.

Good morning JB and Menuers,
So excited it is Thursday. The weekend can not get her quick enough.
Congrats on the new glasses. I am very weak when it comes to glasses. I can not go more than 6 months without getting at least one new pair. I posted some pics last week about which I looked best in trying to fashion up for fall. I appreciate all the feedback I got on them. But sad to say I could not decide so I bought them both. Only $178 for both with a progressive lens. I got them at eyebuydirect. Don't tell DH!!!!
QOTD:I guess the most resent was pulling out the winter wardrobe only to find it is all baggy. And I stole a pair of pants from my moms closet she no longer wears. She was always a tiny lady so it felt good putting them on.
Accountability: Spot on was actually way over on water. Do you count coffee as a liquid? I don't I only coun****er so I had 120 ounces water and 28 ounces of coffee and was great as always with vitamins.

Happy Thursday everyone! So glad this week is winding down! Sorry your cold is back; that's annoying isn't it!
That picture is me, this morning, peeking out at the snow. I am working from home because of it and making some chili in the crockpot. I love winter.
QOTD - that i did box jumps at the cardio boxing class last week....I always said "fat girls don't jump" and didn't jump...but now I jump, lol. To be fair, they were the lowest box jumps available but still!
Menu today
I'm going to have cottage cheese for breakfast, then some ever roast chicken for lunch and chili for dinner, plus a L&F greek for a snack.

Jumping is amazing. I did my first jump last November in a class and screamed and started crying. The instructor was a little taken back by my reaction. When I told him I probably had not jumped since I was 8 or so he teared up with me. It was super touching that he cared that much.
