How funny that we both succumbed to the allure of a grilled cheese and both didn't feel well afterwards...
Let that be a lesson to the rest of you, I guess! Karen and I took one for the team, and can tell you that it isn't worth it. ;)

hi all
accountability good though I did eat some cabbage and cauliflower last night. scale is staying stable and moving a little.
Really need to go TODAY to the DMV and get my license switched over but for the life of me cant find my forms I had filled and documentation. it has to be in my car cause I cant fine it anywhere else.
prepped up BBQ chicken last night and cabbage and green beans so that is on my plan. along with egg whites.
having my coffee at work today for a change then will have some breakfast.
QOTD: I'm getting really strong which to me is very good, and I'm losing fat.

Good morning everyone. So sorry for everyone dealing with colds. There is a nasty stomach bug going around too in our town. It makes me want to stay home with my dog.
Accountability has been spot on again yesterday. The scale is moving down despite currently being in PMS hell. I really wanted a crunchy taco yesterday, but I didn't. I also had visions of sour candy. It was staring at me when I was standing in line at Rite Aid. I came home and ate my shredded chicken with hot sauce instead. #victory!!
QOTD- Yesterday at the dermatologist I didn't really feel that self conscious standing there naked as they looked over my skin. They did remove two areas for pathology. One on my inner left thigh and one on my hand. My leg is achy today.
I am making cinnamon rolls today at work with cream cheese icing. I am going to put raisins in them so I won't be tempted. I am not a raisin person. Somedays being a cook isn't fun.
Food for today-
1 cup of black coffee with miralax. I have cut back on my coffee consumption tremendously and have switched to herbal tea. My sleep has been better.
1 egg, 3 oz black forest ham, low carb multi grain wrap
chomps at 11
grilled kale motz chicken patty with onions and 1 thin slice swiss
not sure on dinner. Maybe halibut again. My pouch really likes fish.
Vitamins always, lots of water and hot tea. Not sure on exercise today. We will see how my leg is feeling after work.

I am trying to get myself back into my dessert herbal tea routine at night; now that it's colder, I think it will work again.

Good morning! Happy Friday Eve, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!
QOTD - A NSV. Today, I weigh less than I have in years. I am making better choices every day, and I do NOT feel like I am 45. I will take it!
Breakfast - Frozen fruit smoothie with water, hot tea
Snack - Celery with peanut butter
Lunch - potluck! Spinach lasagna, salad, and I think cheesecake!
Snack - None
Dinner - Fruit smoothie with water, if I get hungry. Otherwise, I will start my IF early.
