Good morning! I am headed to the dermatologist this morning for mole mapping. Ahh, the joys of being in your mid 40's. Basically, you undress and they look over your body and note any areas of concern.
QOTD- JB, perfect timing for this question. I just had this conversation with my husband this morning about needing more room. I am on my left side in the corner. I also just bought a heated mattress pad from Costco. I love it!!
Accountability- Spot on!! I did resist the chocolate cake at work yesterday and the cornbread stuffing too! I am feeling strong and committed. I need to stay focused, stay on the path.
Food for today-
3 oz black forest ham, 1 egg, sprinkle of sharp cheddar
4 oz shredded chicken breast, pico, hot sauce
Halibut and zuchini
chomps
611 cal, 7 carb, 96 protein
walk or elliptical after my appointment, depending on the rain
Morning! It's down right frigid out there for NC (ie: 60 degrees and a bit windy). I don't think it hit 70 degrees yesterday at all. PSA: Do not eat a Fiber One bar right before a run. I had a run fail last night when I did that. Terrible stomach cramps from the first step. Only made it 2 miles before coming back home.
QOTD: I don't sprawl myself out, but I do take up the whole bed with my crap. I like to watch Netflix on my laptop at night. When Jon's there I always make sure to close it up and tuck it away before he comes to bed. When I'm alone I fall asleep with it beside me and also leave my phone, glasses, and AirPods laying around too.
My Food:
- Coffee w/ Half & Half and a Latte
- Egg and Cheese English Muffin
- Salmon (I think there's 5oz so I probably won't eat much else)
- Dinner TBD, but maybe chicken thighs in the IP with a veggie
- Snacks: Cheese Stick, Apple w/ Swerve and Cinnamon, something else before bed I'm sure
I ran 3.3 miles this morning (and those 2 fail miles last night).

Happy Wednesday people!
QOTD - Not a sprawler. I curl up in a ball, on my left side. I also share a bed with four puppers and a husband, so doesn't leave much room to sprawl!
Breakfast - Fruit smoothie, hot tea
Lunch - Moroccan pie, vegetarian, kale salad
Snack - Fruit smoothie, celery with peanut butter
Dinner - Not sure at this point. Leaning towards a frozen vegetarian dinner with more kale salad, or something easy like avocado toast with vegan cream cheese.
I hope you all have a wonderful day!

Let it begin with me.

Good morning JB and Menuers
At the halfway point yippee!
QOTD: Ron and I were married in 2006 and in 2007 for our anniversary I bought him his own bed. With my sleep apnea and his tallness, and our work schedules sleeping in the same bed just never worked out. Now we happily have our own bedrooms and I think I still stick too my side of the bed. We usually share the bed on the weekend and he doesn't complain of me crowding and I no longer use the apnea machine.
Accountability: I had a little Blueberry Jam and Peanut butter (my kryptonite) But was great as always with vitamins and liquids
TSS 1 year 9 months 28 days 141.6 lbs (Need to get back to 140.2)
CB: Dark roast coffee with and SF Caramel Macchiato creamer and stevia
MS oikos salted caramel, Egg bite, cracklins.
L: Crack chicken and snack select cheese nuts and cranberries
D: Pork and sauerkraut
LS Gloria jeans Toffee coffee and Aldi SF French Vanilla creamer
Everybody have a great day.
Brightest Blessings,

"Ron and I were married in 2006 and in 2007 for our anniversary I bought him his own bed." Hahahaha. That sounds like the first line of a great book.
