Good morning, everybody!
I got my blood results back and my liver enzymes are headed back down towards normal. But the doctor still wants to do an ultrasound. She said that I can do it at my convenience. Each fall, I count down the number of doctors appointments that I have left and I thought that I was down to one more for 2019. But I guess I am back up to two.
I got back on pace for the October 50 mile challenge last night. I am going to try and run a bunch (treadmill) while I am in Texas this week and try to get ahead of the pace. Miss one day and you have to do a 5K just to get back on pace. Some people are just crushing the October challenge.
I have to find a gym in Waco where I can do the Crossfit Open and get an official score. The workout will be announced Thursday night. I have never done the open before and the whole strange gym/judging form/recording and posting my score thing makes me stressed. I really should just calm down about it. My only goal is to do and post all 5 weeks so that I am considered an official participant (50-54 scaled division).
Gotta pack now. Pappas Brothers tonight if Gina is reading. Yum!!
QOTD: I used to be a sprawler, but the CPAP hose keeps me tethered. We have a King and sleep on the opposite sides with a gulf (not metaphorical that I know of) between us.
Breakfast: Yogurt
Snack: Protein Bar
Lunch: ?
Snack: Nuts
Dinner: Steak
Have a great day, all!

I want to follow your progress! I am familiar with a lot of the CrossFit WOD - Fran, Cindy etc. I have done some of them - scaled as needed of course, just not in a CrossFit gym.
I love the CrossFit memes on IG they crack me up. I follow the #crossfit hashtag. You should take a peek.

Good morning menu friends! Miss Lily and I have our first long walk in and will do more later. Weight is 121.4 today and accountability was spot on food and stepwise. QOTD I curl up in a ball and always have. Here's the food plan for the day B 2/3c earnest eats hot cereal L 1 slice thin crust pizza D 1 c chili no snack probably needed. Have a wonderful day full of healthy choices everyone!
QOTD: YESSSSSSS! I hog the bed and twist all around. Luckily during the week DH isn't here nor are the dogs. So I can space out.
food on plan- we did get taken out 2 nights ago for the most expensive meal I ever had. wild boar, veggies, brussels sprouts salad, coffee. and two bites of dessert. Mine without appetizers or dessert had to $60.
plan for today:
egg whites/ cauli oats
chicken/green beans
chicken/more green beans
Good Morning! I have been a little inconsistent on my water so I can appreciate that photo. You think by now I would have it figured out.
QOTD: stick to my side. Which is kinda funny when you sleep alone.
So I have job news. I had posted over the summer my saga of the Regional GNC Manager and getting my sales numbers up. Well there was a changing of the players 2 weeks ago. He went somewhere else and a new one came in. And I got an offer Monday night. Wahoo!!! Which I accepted.
So the store I have been working in is closing- I was offered the store at the local Mall... which is a big deal- higher profile, more traffic- potential for much higher commission. He is putting through my raise immediately but I will work between the 2 stores and not be officially there until my store closes end of November. The idea of stepping into a new position at a Mall during the height of the Christmas season is a little intimidating. Sink or swim time.
I am assigned to be trained by the manager who has the top store not only on Long Island but the top store in the whole Northeast- 270 stores. So expecting good things.
Food:
- pumpkin frittata
- ratatouille with turkey chop meat
- salad with chicken
- more stuff tbd... have been doing cauliflower rice warm pudding with my vanilla casein protein at night. With cinnamon 'sugar' on top kinda tastes like rice pudding.
