What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning JB and Menuers,
I am confused on how you do not eat. I live life around my eating and drinking and vitamines so how you do it is beyond me. However I guess having a desk job doesn't help.
QOTD: I don't remember my last one but my first Album was bought at a Gee Bee's in the early 70's and I won a radio contest to get one album so I picked Beach Boys Endless summer because I am frugal even as a child and it came with two albums.
Accountability: Saturday was great yesterday was way to many carbs and the scale yelled at me this morning.
TSS 1 year 9 months 27 days 142.2 lbs (Need to get back to 140.2)
CB: Dark roast coffee with and SF Caramel Macchiato creamer and stevia
MS L & F strawberry cheesecake, Egg bite, cracklins.
L: Crack chicken and snake select cheese nuts and cranberries
D: Pork and sauerkraut
LS Gloria jeans Toffee coffee and Aldi SF French Vanilla creamer
Everybody have a great day.
Brightest Blessings,

I have an appointment with my NP, so maybe she can figure out how to get me back to normal. Feeling so tired and down with absolutely no energy. I'm also trying not to be a whiner and gut my way through this.
There is a huge bowl full of Halloween candies that I am studiously avoiding. I know if I start I won't be able to eat just one. They are all chocolates of all kinds, M&M's, Snickers, Milky Way etc Why is sugar so hard to resist?
Trying to just survive the day, it shouldn't be this hard.
Have a great day everyone!

Hello my RnY clan! Happy Tuesday!
I'm back from the OH conference. It was so nice to be in (relatively) balmy Southern California! It's in the 40's here in Seattle today, and here on the island I'm surrounded by very cold water, which has such a penetrating quality! I've been feeling very, very cold. I bought a space heater for my bedroom, which gets truly icy. It arrived today and can I tell you how blissful it feels to be warm? Even with the hotel room set to a very reasonable 70, I was freezing. But it was absolutely wonderful to meet and enjoy time with Sheila, who is gorgeous, elegant, and smart as a whip. I was also so happy to meet our adorable superhero Janet, who had a booth with her trainer and partner. They were both awesome, even when I managed to spill coffee on their table! Every attendee received a big goodie bag of snack-type foods and vitamin samples, etc. I had my first ever Quest bar (Yum! Dangerous!), which I have vowed to myself NOT to purchase, and my first ever bag of pork rinds (meh). I have become not that into snack foods - give me good solid dense protein, I like it much more and it really keeps me steady; the snack stuff does not, even if it is high protein. That Quest bar, especially, was dangerously delicious - I'm too historically vulnerable to sweets to indulge in such things.
First: mellow coffee, 60 ounces, with salted caramel SF syrup
B: tuna. Pepper jack cheese.
L: hardboiled eggs, grape tomatoes
D: not yet sure -something warm and high protein.
Here is a cropped pic of me that Sheila took:
Sending love to all of you!
