What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?

I really like those pickle pouches I have found at Aldi. They have a regular and a hot variety, (although really not hot or spicy IME). I often crave salt too. Thank God for pickles
When I want salty and crunchy, I head for pork cracklings. I usually buy the Mac's brand and I find them at Wal-Mart. Just the plain ones-they're just pork and salt. 7 grams of protein, 90 calories per half ounce, and they're surprisingly filling.
Whisps are also nice and crunchy-especially the bbq bacon flavor.

I am all about the salty/crunchy. Pickles are for sure good. So are mini cucumbers dipped in greek yogurt and ranch seasoning. So are turkey pepperoni microwaved until they are crispy. Or homemade cheese crisps! Bake a tbsp of any cheese on parchment paper :)
Quest makes some "protein chips" but I find them a little odd tasting...
for a fast crispy cheese chips - I used to microwave shredded cheese on parchment paper. Very fast, very nice.

Good morning everyone. Yesterday was a great day. I met with the FNP for my 3 year appointment. All my labs are great. She said that she wishes that everyone was as compliant as I am with their vitamins. I was feeling nervous before my appointment due to regain, but she was nothing but positive and supportive. She reminded me that I have kept off 100 plus pounds. She asked where I wanted to be and what my goals were. I am going to go back in a month and check in. She said to keep my calories under 1000, carbs under 40 and protein at least 80. I feel really motivated.
I am headed to work today. Its Birthday lunch, there will be Costco chocolate cake, I will resist its powers!!
Food plan for today-
1 cup black coffee, then hot tea
3 oz black forest ham, 1 egg, low carb wrap
chomps at 11
orange corriander chicken sausage with garlic and sauteed cabbage. ( these are very mild and flavorful)
kale motz chicken patty with sauteed onions and 1 slice light swiss cheese
Frozen light and fit pumpkin
Calories-744, Protein-23, Protein-82
Vitamins always, lots of water and hot tea.
