What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning menu friends! Chilly this morning in the cornfields of Illinois but Miss Lily and I have our first long walk in in the dark and will do one more long one and a short noontime one later. I wasn't really feeling it this morning but we did it anyway. Yesterday I drove an hour home to pick up my meds and a space heater and some warmer clothes. Spent some time with youngest son too and cut his hair for him. The workmens comp insurance company has authorized him to see an orthopedic surgeon about his knee(torn A CL) which happened June 25th. Amazing how fast things happen when you bring an attorney into the mix. Hopefully that can happen soon. Accountability was good yesterday but swapped supper for a small taco salad and only had cheese sticks for lunch. Weight today is 121.2. Here's the food plan for the day B 3 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup L 4 oz deli chicken and cheese D 4 oz pork chop 1/4 c green beans. QOTD Wonder Woman. Very appropriate meme now that I'm in Italy!
Just landed in Pisa and waiting for my bags. Weird flight from SFO to Munich. This lady next to me took her shoes off and practically her toes were next to my tray table - yuck! I kinda pointed them out to the flight attendant (discreetly) and she moved me to biz class! I guess it pays to complain!
I am attaching a couple of pics from OH conference. One was at the costume party, the other was the the fashion show. For those interested next year will be in Houston. Cara and I noticed that the people who had the most fun were big groups who were having a meet up.
My meals are all up in the air, I don't even know if it's morning or night. It takes a couple of days for my body to realize I'm in a different time zone.

Funny - Kris brings Lysol wipes in a baggie onto planes and into hotel rooms to wipe everything down, and I tease him about being OCD, but yeahhhhh, if some woman put her feet by my tray, I would be appalled! I guess I will be more kind about his funny quirks of sanitizing armrests, trays and seatbelts :)
