What's on your Sunday Menu, RNYers?
Happy Sunday! I'm rarely on here on the weekend to jump in, but I'm sitting down to "brunch" after my run this morning. The weather cooled off and running is so much more amazing. I did 11.3 miles yesterday and 4 this morning with my run group and I think those 15 miles were easier than any of my 5-6 mile long runs in July were.
Yesterday Jon and I went to Tuesday Morning and Kirkland's to find sheets and a bed set for our guest room, a TV stand and a coat rack. Then we scoped out the nearest Aldi to us as the one in Durham is stupidly busy all the time. Good news that the closer one is just as nice and was dead on a Saturday afternoon. Today I need to get my house clean as we'll have house guests later this week. I'm going to start on the 3rd floor and work my way down.
My Food:
- Coffee w/ Cream and then a latte after run club
- English Muffin w/ Egg & Cheese
- Chicken and asparagus, a few bites of potato
- Snacks: Meat Stick/Jerky, Cheese Stick, Apple w/ Cinnamon and Swerve
Exercise: 4 miles. Tomorrow is a rest day.
