It's finally Friday, yay! It's been a busy week at work and personally. We don't have much for plans and that is fine with me. Gonna try the yoga and mani/pedi plan again tomorrow. We'll see. I've been head achy w/ a dry cough the last few days and while I'm not 'sick' it's really annoying. I hope it's nothing. I have an eye appt this afternoon and get to pick out new frames!I'm excited to try on all the choices. Too bad my prescription is so expensive w/all my eye issues or I'd buy several pairs. Who knows, I may get lasik someday and only need reading glasses. That would be liberating but my glasses are like part of my face and I feel naked without them!

QOTD - No, unfortunately. I went to one immediately post op and found it to be ridiculous. I was really disappointed that no one was really taking it seriously. It was a flash back to WW meetings in the 90's where all everyone talked about was how to cheat.

Accountability - great, but I am feeling deprived! I don't have a plan for dinner which is rare and the weekend is a question mark too. I will figure it out today so I don't blow it with anxiety or food feelings

feeling better today, not because I slept though LOL. I forgot to say yesterday that they are wanting me to do PT due to the pain in my left leg. Will be like going to the gym so I'm not unhappy about that part. I just have to wait to hear from the PT place to get the start date.

qotd: never have been to one. I tried one for eight loss long before I had surgery and it was....well it was awful for me. I am socially awkward...I don't really know how to fit in in those settings.
