I think not buying you a goat is mean!!
Happy Friday and yay for Friday's! This is my last weekend in a while that's relatively low key so I've got a couple of workouts planned, some house cleaning and a Sunday hair appt. my old stylist in Arizona sent me a picture of my color card so I can maybe get the same colors done here so I am excited. Finding a new hair person is HARD!
qotd - I do not but I keep sending them notes that they should add a virtual element so I could attend from here!
randomly, I found the Costco egg bites at Safeway and they had three flavors (the bacon ones, an Asiago mushroom, and a breakfast sausage version).
menu today will be egg bites, half and half in my coffee, 3 oz ever roast deli chicken, 1.6 oz ever roast deli chicken and 1 oz cheese and a pumpkin pie light and fit.
a friend of mine just did a gorilla spotting trek in Rwanda and sent this picture. It is amazing and now I need to go to Rwanda.
have a great Friday and weekend all.

They were doubles. It would be awesome if they sold them as singles, I will keep an eye out!

Jen, at the OH conference. PP is one of the sponsors. The pumpkin pie is meh! Very watery and flavorless. But they are coming out with cafe latte flavor this month, I tried it and it is to-die-for! They said you can pre order it on Walmart website.

I like both flavors but then again I don't like overly strong pumpkin spice!

I bought the pumpkin on amazon. I agree, it ain't great.
Mornin' All!
Feeling like a blob this morning (went out to dinner last night and overdid it on my calories). I hope I do not gain any weight while I'm in India. It scares me to be away from a scale for 3.5 weeks!!! I just have to go by my calories - if I stay within my range, I should be OK. Log, log, log...
I'm pretty much done with packing. Not much else to do today. Other than I have GOT to get some exercise!! I may go to the women's hockey game tonight, too - we'll see.
QOTD: no. I went a handful of times when I was a new post-op, but the clinic is on the other side of town and the meetings were pretty early - I think at 5:30 or 6:00. It was really tough to get over there from work in rush hour traffic, so I didn't make it to many. Now I could make them since I no longer work, but I'm not sure how helpful I would find them at this point. Like others have said, almost all of the people are pre-op or newly post-op, so they have different issues than I do. Although they occasionally do have some interesting speakers. The meetings are also only once a month, which is not enough for me. I need something daily - which is why OH is so great.
4 years 4 months out:
B: Plain Greek yogurt with homemade fruit compote, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: Half a Beyond Burger on half a "slim" bun
AS: light yogurt
D: the other half of the Beyond Burger
have a great day, all!!!
