Is Ava the lady who posts about wine spritzers and everything fat free?

I worry for her. I think she has lots going on inside, and isn't able to always articulate things in a way that make sense, but it does to her. I see the posts and avoid them, but apparently she's had a long history here and I know it tends to trigger people.

I hope she's ok.

The problem is not anybody being "triggered." The problem is that she holds herself as an example to follow, and new WLS'ers who don't know any better might follow her bad-- if not outright dangerous-- habits.

I wasn't trying to be a jerk, and I apologize if it came off as such. She hasn't posted in a while, and instead of letting it lie, an entire thread is started...about her. Gave me a moment's pause is all.
