What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

I have come here 4 times to post today and keep getting pulled away. Argh.
QOTD - this month I"m doing a hike/performance thing with some friends at Boulder/Chataqua which will be a surprise to all of us, I am spending my birthday on the 13th with my best friend doing whatever, and then I have a 3 day weekend in Nashville with my Aunt. We're seeing one of my favorite singers (Jason Isbell) at the Ryman (Grand Old Opry); getting massages and then just exploring, should be fun.
It's been a stressful day and my menu that I planned went out the window so I"m annoyed with myself now.
I think the rest of my day will just be tea, some ever roast chicken and a light and fit greek and call it done. I am taking the advice seen here and just doing better with the next meal, not giving myself a pass until tomorrow.
Have a fantastic rest of the day everyone!

Waving hi to all of my RnY friends! Quick drive-by today. I've moved, hate that I am once again living surrounded by boxes. More and more I am feeling that Washington state and I are somehow not emotionally aligned, but I will try to resolve that, if possible. Just really tired of moving!
Tomorrow I fly to the OH Conference in Orange County - I hope the CA sunshine will cheer me up and warm me up! It's cold up here! I so love my fall/winter wardrobe, but it's been dropping into the 40's here already, and I have really felt it this year. Following surgery I just ran really hot and never felt as shivery as the majority of post-op WLS folks do - until, that is, I hit under 130, maybe 135. Then I started to feel very cold, way too often. I have become the Queen of Layering, but still feel cold.
I can't wait to hang out with Sheila and Janet! Plus I have some PS consultations scheduled, which should be interesting. All of my fortune-teller costuming is buried who-knows-where in my storage unit, but I have a cool witch hat here, so that will have to be my (minimalist) costume at the party. It should all be great fun, and I look forward to meeting all of you who are going to be there - please, please come say hi!
First: coffee, coffee, coffee
B: shrimp
L: a tuna packet, and some avocado
D: I think I'm going to have either a hard boiled egg or two, or some cinnamon protein drink...I feel super full, and want to keep things very light for the rest of the day. In the past I have retained a lot of water when flying and hope that won't happen tomorrow. When I flew to Santa Barbara this August I had no problem with that, though...hopefully I won't this time, either. Either way, I'm not going to eat much more before takeoff.
Have a great day my friends!
