Walk, Run, Bike, Swim... how will you get in your miles this month? All fitness levels are encouraged to join us!
If you are new to the challenge, here is how it works: Log your Exercise Miles by adding your name and tracking your miles on this google spreadsheet (make sure you are on the October Tab at the bottom). Then check in to OH on Sundays to repot your progress and give each other some encouragement.
- High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
- High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
- Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)
