Good morning~Awwww that pic, so sweet!! Yesterday was very much a couch day, no yoga, no mani/pedi. We did take the dogs for a walk, run errands/shopping and decorated the house for Halloween though. Today we went to Starbucks for coffee and took the dogs to the park. It's sunny and cold here, we even have the heat on! Clean, laundry, prep and NFL all day. Excited that Poldark starts tonight - can't wait!!!
QOTD - We moved to Northampton, MA when I was 9 and lived there until I graduated from HS ('86), so I consider that my hometown. I am 3000 miles away and miss it even 33 years later.
Accountability - popcorn, a lot of popcorn - I didn't end up eating my planned lunch - I was so food obsessed that I started snacking on popcorn waiting for 11:30 (my IF time). I know I should have just eaten my planned lunch earlier.

Good Sunday morning/afternoon.
not feeling my best today. My body is achy and my legs feel like they weigh a ton. I think my body is trying to get sick. Either that or I am just exhausted...could be either or both! lol
not much in the plans for today.
qotd: I live in the same town I've always lived in. I have lived in three places my entire life. A apartment when I was very little, the house I grew up in and I now live in my late grandparents house that I also lived in as a small child for a short time.

Afternoon folks!
i'm couch surfing currently. Waiting on a sweet potato to boil to eat some lunch. Anything I had set out in my mind to do this weekend has already been dashed away by utter laziness. Looking at my calendar for the week ahead I don't feel the least bit guilty. But I am trying to make a apple watch goal- need to burn 1,682 calories by tomorrow. I'll need to do an extra run to get that done. (looks like I did 164 miles in September.)
qotd: I like 3.5 hours from where I grew up (Amityville, Long Island).
I made a Chaffle today- I liked it. Made me feel like part of the family who i made Belgian waffles for. I've backed off on my weighing a bit, I'll skip a day sometimes, it was controlling my mind to much. I'm much more at ease with every other day for the time being.

I was in Amityville once. We were actually planning to go out to the Hamptons, but the traffic on LI was so awful and it was taking so freaking long that my mother-in-law insisted we turn around in Amityville. So we went to the Amityville Public Library and found the Amityville Horror house just so it wasn't a completely wasted trip! Anyway, it was a nice town!!
