Weight has staled at 5 weeks
Hi Tracy:
If you type "three week stall" into the search box above, you will see that you are far from alone. Stay with your plan - you will get through this.

Many people lose about 20 pounds during the first month. That is partly because your body is burning its stores of glycogen, a type of carbohydrate found in the muscles and liver. Glycogen is partly water so weight loss is quick while that is happening. The body burns the glycogen first for energy and then starts on the fat.
Weight loss will be slower after the first stall, but will continue. It is important to keep up with your water as that has been depleted during the quick weight loss of the first month. Some muscle has also been burned, so you need to exercise as much as you can to keep muscles and bones healthy as you lose weight,

Pretty much everybody goes through the "three week stall," though it can happen from any time between 2 - 6 weeks.
Keep doing what you're doing and the scale will start moving again.
