Good morning~ I resemble that meme and had that happen today already! I'm on the water now though. Love your naughty cats!!! I had a rough night. I impulsively bought almonds yesterday which are a slippery slope for me. I sat down with the whole pound and put a good dent in the bag. Then ate dinner a little while later(pot roast ) and it got stuck... I was so frickin' sick all night. I can still feel chest pains but at least I can drink. Although the idea of eating doesn't feel right, I want to eat and cannot wait for lunch. I will be making a big breakfast scramble and my mouth is drooling at the thought. I've never been one to not be hungry or able to eat even when I'm sick. I still want all the food. We've already been to the park with the pups. I need to do some shopping and get a mani/pedi. It's over cast and cool today and it feels like an ass on couch kind of day. Not sure how productive I will be!

QOTD - I live in dark colors and neutrals mostly, but I usually add a piece that is a pop of color like a sweater, blouse or tank and I prefer solids, but also love stripes, dots, paisley and plaid. Not a fan of floral prints. I'm pretty simple.

Accountability - I ate a mega ton of almonds.

Good morning, everybody!

I was up super late and then woke up as usual at 5:30. Finally, I was able to fall asleep again for an hour and a half, but have been running around all morning ever since. Coffee, gym, a work conference call and now some errands to do. Tonight I have that Black tie dinner that I posted about last week. I did break down and buy my own clean tuxedo shirt even though I had already rented one. It was just freaking me out.

I am going to the dinner by myself since Marilyn is looking at colleges with my older son. The invitation says 6-11, which I interpret as 7-9:30.

I finished the September 50 mile challenge today. I needed one mile as of last night. We ran 1000meters at Crossfit today and when I got home I ran another 600 on the treadmill to fini**** off.

QOTD: I'm a guy so pretty much blue, grey, tan, black.

Breakfast: Chili

Snack: Protein bar

Lunch:chili

Snack: Light and fit

Dinner: banquet dinner - probably chicken

snack: premier chocolate protein shake

lunch: Tuna Casserole

---light mayo

---light cheese

snack: cheese stick

Dinner: still to be determined

kind of scared to eat dinner since my weight lost has stalled any suggestions on my menu? Is it ok or need work

exercise- walk both dogs as usual at 7:30

Hi Tracy -

No matter the quantity, I would pass on the apple juice altogether - it's sugar. Everything else seems fine.

I would highly recommend tracking and weighing/measuring everything you eat and drink if you don't already.

Okay! When I was in the hospital they kept giving me diluted juices so I thought it was okay. Thx for the heads up

Plain water is best but after surgery I could not drink it no matter what I tried. There are diet juices that some people use (Ocean Spray has only 5 calorie). If you need flavor (I often still do) have a SF drink there are so many - propel or gatorade zero, hin****ers, bai, diet snapple, vitamin waters zero, crystal light... diluted or straight up. Whatever works for you to stay hydrated.

How are you doing on your water between meals? I would not be fearful especially at this point. You are in the honeymoon stage and it would be very difficult to not lose weight if you are following your plan. I don't see it as a stall as more of a normal progression most of us went through. Many of us probably had the same fears that we would be that ONE PERSON who didn't lose. (we weren't ;) ) None of us are perfect and we still do ok as long as we are doing our best to follow the guidelines of our surgery. Focus on that and you will do ok.

I fell again yesterday. This one was spectacular but only big bruises. The Mrs. is doing food procurement. So far cauliflower rice with vegetables and oatmeal.

My dog is sad.
